Am I the only one that can’t pay my airtime bill? On my o2 app it says we can’t display your latest airtime bill please try again later and says the same thing on the website. I can’t call 202 because I haven’t paid and can’t start a conversation because all agents are busy.

There is a known issue with payments which O2 are working on and hope to have fixed overnight.

 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

I'm having the same problem, It's been like it for over 24 hours now. I was able to pay my device plans with no issues, it's just the airtime section that doesn't work.
