I can’t pay my airtime bill to upgrade phone. I’ve £0.02 left to pay. When I try to upgrade via app it fails at checkout, when I try to upgrade via O2 chat they tell me I need to phone up and pay the last 2p but when I phone up it tells me I’ve nothing to pay and disconnects. Please confirm what I need to do?
