@Iwona1 Were you able to make your payment? If you're having problems with your payment method, perhaps you should consider setting up a Direct Debit? It would avoid future problems like this if you did.

If you can't pay it all in one month, O2 will set up a payment schedule for you to pay it over a number of months, but they will suspend your phone service until the bill is fully paid.
