Can't make or receive international calls from abroad

I am currently in Germany for a few months but am with O2 in the UK, and I am on the 15GB pay monthly package which includes unlimites minutes and texts. 

 

I seem to be able to recieve texts fine but I can't call or receive calls. Can someone please help to resolve this as it's becoming very annoying now!

Some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars.

You may also have services restricted if you spend more than 63 days abroad in any 4 month period.

You need to contact O2 to discuss account issues.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
