I arrived in Spain yesterday from the UK and I can't make,receive calls and also no internet on my Samsung S9. I was told that I can you my phone in Europe like I do at home. Please advice me on what to do. Thanks

You may have a roaming bar applied to your account.
Contact customer services via live chat, and ask them to remove it. They open at 8am this morning
Meanwhile keep rebooting your phone, and see if that helps.
You could also manually search for another network and see if that helps. (although if you have a roaming bar, it won't)

I can now receive and make calls. I had to call customer service and they unblocked the account so I can make, receive and go on the internet as normal in Spain. Thanks
