Are you Contract or PAYG, @SJ71?

If PAYG, check you have funds available to make the international call, adding more if needed as here: Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

If you are contract, and not in arrears, then contact O2 via social media using one of the ways in the link just below this post and ask them to check if, for some reason, an international bar has been applied to your account: Guide: O2 BARs

Good luck, @SJ71.

This means you are a Contract customer, follow the second part of my response above and contact O2. Good luck.

@SJ71

Have you got a spend cap?

You can check in your MyO2 under bolt ons.

Guide: Spend caps on O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
