Just upgraded to a 12 with new sim - all stuff transferred no problems new phone though won’t make outgoing calls (receives them) old phone still able to make calls

You need to do a sim swap from your old sim to activate the new 5g sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
