Recently moved over from a different provider, gave o2 my PAC code, set up my contract, but now I cant get my e-sim.
To get my e-sim i need to log into o2, but to log into o2 i need a phone number.
The two provided on the login screen don’t work (both my phone number i would like to keep, and my temporary number they gave me)

Too many issues with esims so you would be best advised to stick with a physical sim.
Either way, go in store with photo ID and they will sort you out.
