I am trying to access my account online to view statements etc. however I can't remember ever having received any registration details when I first transferred to O2 from a previous provider in about December 2019. I have created a separate account on My O2 and where it says that you can transfer other accounts across I put in my phone details as requested, receive a code on my phone but then when I use the code it says that the number is not recognised. I therefore can't access My O2 for the number I have with O2. Any suggestions as to how to access?

Thanks Jonsie, one of the problems is that I can't find a telephone number on the O2 website anywhere despire looking for 20 minutes or more. Where can I find a CS number?
