I'm unable to get to an O2 branch due to a new disability.

I have purchased a new phone and need a new sized sim or a sim adapter as I wish to keep my number and can't afford any downtime as I need 24 hr contact with GP and hospital.

Can anyone help as I seem to be going in circles online and on the O2 app.

Much appreciated.

Mark

Hi @Mark_Boden

You need to call O2. All numbers are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Check if you have a triple sim that you can push out to convert to a smaller size.

Solved: sim card - O2 Community

Thanks, MI5 for your speedy response.

Unfortunately, I'm trying to go from Nano to Micro and threw the remaining pieces of the Sim card away.

@Mark_Boden

Then you'll need to call O2, as I said in my first post.

If you are without a phone to use, you can use Skype from your PC. All info in the guide I posted.

You can buy adaptors on Amazon or use any sim card pieces to put your nano sim into.
