Can’t get through to pay bill

I have been on hold for nearly 4 hours to speak to some one to pay my bill this is absolutely ridiculous

Use myo2 ( https://mymobile.o2.co.uk )  or call 0800 902 0217 is the only advice we can give you...

Sorry we cannot help as we are all customers here so can't access accounts

You will have to persist with O2. Use the specific Payment Management number

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 

 

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
