Can't get through to insurance

Unfortunately I am unable to do an insurance claim and can't get through to anyone to get this fixed as it's kinda urgent.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Thanks for the advice everyone; they advised I would get a call back and I am trying to be patient despite the fustration. I had to give my wifes number as i am without a functioning phone at present; hopefully will hear from them by Wednesday after chasing up tomorrow otherwise I will have to explore other options unfortunately 😕
