Can't get through to anyone on the phone line

I have been in the most frustrating loop around with the O2 bot desperately trying to get through to someone, after each option it directions to some webpage and automatically hangs up!!!!!!

 

Is there an email I can contact????

o2 no longer has an email address for incoming messages @Bruno31.
You would need to call them to discuss your order.
If I were to guess, the item you ordered is out of stock which is why you have not had an email to say it is on the way.

I’d rather speak to someone as i don’t need to air my personal stuff on a public chat. I would have assumed a phone company would still be able to answer calls as employees could do that from home
