Hi
Tried calling O2 Customer Services on 202 from both my own O2 Phone and another O2 customers phone and boths go through the meuns then when being transfered to a call centre the call drops..
Been having this issue since around 4.30pm yesterday (5/11/13)
Can some from O2 call me I'm trying to downgrade my Tarifff before my bill was due today.

on the o2 home page is a link for complaints use the impartial review service and only do it by email not the chat box that pops up mailto:complaintreviewservice@o2.com

unfortunatly there is no way customer services can call you back from here.
You will have to persist but if it still fails send Toby a pm and they may be able to report the issue with the call system as there apear to be other threads saying there is an issue http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/60444

Hi thanks guys, just spoke to someone on chat they said theres been a fault since yesterday stopping calls coming through to them, so just having a rant now.

Does anybody know of an email address for either the CEO department or Complaints for O2 as I'm sick of this "Mobile Service" !!

You're going to try and downgrade and upgrade to 4G all in the same day, good luck with that.
