Can't get through to O2 Customer Services!!!!!!

Hi

 

Tried calling O2 Customer Services on 202 from both my own O2 Phone and another O2 customers phone and boths go through the meuns then when being transfered to a call centre the call drops..

 

Been having this issue since around 4.30pm yesterday (5/11/13)

 

Can some from O2 call me I'm trying to downgrade my Tarifff before my bill was due today.

No I am already upgraded to 4G and want to downgrade back to 3G.

Try this:
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
