Can’t get onto account to pay bills and they are now outstanding because I cannot access my account

I live in a different country and you are sending me two bills monthly. Denied me access from my 02 account so I cannot access to pay. This is beyond a joke

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
