@cglover2 call o2 on 202 and ask them to add the iData for iPhone bolt on to your account.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

Thanks MI5, just called and they told me to wait 24 hours and then 'Reset Network Settings' in settings! So I should know in 24 hours if this works.

I'm surprised this wasn't done automatically when I was set up!

Not too sure, he wasn't specific, just that he had made the change and that it would take 24 hours to work!

Just reboot the phone in about an hour and it "should" have gone through OK.
If not, it will change when o2 run the system maintenance around midnight tonight.

Just a final update, MI5 was right I reset my network settings about 2.00pm and voila 4G.  Obviously the 24 hour comment was a worst case scenario.

Once again, I would just comment that I am surprised I had to go through this process, would have thought this should have been done on account/sim/set-up.

Got there in the end though, thanks again to MI5 for your assistance and advice.
