Do they physically have stock nowadays? Seems to me they order on 'as needed' basis.

hello, after you recieve your order confirmation with your tracking number, on a pc or laptop, go on this website https://www.ukmail.com/manage-my-delivery/manage-my-delivery and write in your tracking number in the box where it say's "Consignment or card number" also you will have to write in your postcode, after all of these steps, you should be able to track your order. hope this helps!

I also cant find the "my orders" page, not an o2 customer (yet) but ordered a phone with them, got logins etc but when logged in "You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account."
also the link that gets emailled doesnt even work:
