Can't find my bills

I have logged in to My O2 on Mac and on iphone app but cannot find my bills - neither the summary nor the details. The View My Bills section says just go to the summary in My O2, but it isn't there - just the balance.

Are you a contract customer or payg?

have you tried deleting your browser cache or uninstalling the app then reinstalling

Just tap on latest bill and it will open up to the detailed breakdown.
If you are unable to see this call CS on 202 for help.

Good point.

If just showing a balance it could be a payg account which doesn't give a bill breakdown.
