Can't enable wifi calling - supposedly with Pay Monthly I'm entitled

I have been unable to activate wifi calling on my iPhone. I try the setting on the phone it says get my provider to enable it. When I go onto My 02 it says enable it on my iphone.

There's no decent info anywhere on your site on how to do this, no switch I can change, and when I called up your advisors seemed baffled by the question, put me on hold for 15 minutes, then disconnected me.

Can you please put some sensible advice here. I know it's not avalable on PAYG but it is advertised as available on Pay Monthly - why is it not available as it should be using the iPhone settings page?

EDIT: it seems this is a question O2 seems to be refusing to answer, there's a whole stack of unanswered identical queries. Utter rubbish. Might go on to Linkedin and see if I can pester a few board members.

@montesquieu You need to speak to O2 customer service. They have to enable it from their end.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks. Unfortunately, getting through to speak to someone in these coronavirus/excuse for crap customer service days is very difficult ... finding someone who can actually help almost impossible.

@montesquieu

Unless you speak to O2 you will miss out on Wifi calling I'm afraid. @Bambino has given you various contact methods above.

Once that's done, you need to enable it in your MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
