Can't download and print latest Bill

Every time I try to download my Bill I get a page dispalying an error message, anyone else affected or just me? I've redacted the second half of the URL as it appears to have account number information.O2 bill error.JPG

This is a problem that crops up from time to time. 

Try clearing your cache and cookies or try a different browser.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried accessing from different devices, browsers and also followed your advice to clear cache/cookies. I’ll raise it with customer services, they’ll probably be able to email me an invoice if I can’t download one.
