Can't delay Payment because o2 is not answering (Cover-19) Reasons

I'm self employed and currently out of work cause of the outbreak. 

 

I can't delay my payement because after being told to ring back on the 31st no payment helpline works either does the help chat and no email is provided.

 

Can you please sort this out asap o2?

 

Its a very stressful situation and this is not helping at all!

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
