Can't contact 202 due to poor reception and want to cancel contract

I want to cancel my contract and have already requested my PAC code. How do I give O2 my notice? I've tried the virtual assistant which is useless, and I can't find an email address. The signal on my phone is awful and so I can't call the 202 number. Has anyone found an email address? Or is requesting the PAC code enough?

Thanks!

Kim

Giving your PAC to a new provider serves to port your number and cancel your existing contract.

Requesting your PAC but not doing anything else with it won't have the same effect.
