I paid my bill yesterday but still cannot connect to 4g or make calls/texts etc does anyone know when this will be fixed

@blairchristophe It can take 48 hours or longer for payments to clear O2's account, and as you paid just before the weekend it's likely to take longer. If your payment had been overdue you should speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. You can call using Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
