Can't call within the "Europe Zone"

Hi, just started a pay monthly contract where I have unlimited calls which includes calls to "Europe Zone", but I just can't call abroad (within the "Europe Zone"). Can someone shine some light on this please? Is there a block on new accounts and they have to be activated or am I missing something 🤔

Are you trying to call a European number from the UK or are you in Europe?

Europe Zone is for when you are roaming. Calls from the UK to Europe would be chargeable
