Okay I know it's sad, but I tried calling the "short number" for mobile to register a vote for I'm A Celebrity, but the call fails.

Other normal numbers work fine, but this one constantly fails.

Are these numbers not compatible with the O2 network?

Funnily enough, I did try them once or twice and they worked perfectly for me.

I'll try them again to see if they still work when the prog is next on.

Do you have the premium bar lifted on your account?

Thanks for all the posts folks. Makes perfect sense now so I'll give them a call to lift the bar.

Surprised that I haven't noticed the bar before as I've been a customer since O2 began (although it does show I'm not a regular TV show voter!)

Wise choice, bit of a rip off casting votes by both mobile and landline. They should pay us for watching. Sure it's rigged anyway!

The cost is the same for landline or mobile at 50p, 15p of which goes to Malaria No More UK, so something good comes from it.

It's good that they have made the charges the same from mobile and landline
