I can't receive any calls or ring out please can you tell me what is going on please kind regards Ken

I have a very important hospital app at 4pm. They are calling me as I'm not allowed to go to the hospital. I need to have that call - it's very, very important. I cant change the number because it's too late, they have mu cell number and nothing else.

Can o2 let us no when this issue is going to be resolved as it’s been nearly 3 hours since I first noticed I could not receive or make calls and it’s still not working!!
