I am trying to top up, and I can't use my card apparently. I've had this card for years and have used it on at least 10 phones, now I'm being told I can't use it because I've used it for more than two phones. I've already had this current phone for a year and it's suddenly telling me this. How do I fix this?

You need to call customer service in order to register the phone against the card. It was introduced to stop fraudulent top ups and cloned cards being used to top up multiple phones.
