Hi, I'm trying to access my account but each time I try to log in I get a message i will be texted a code, unfortunately I can't receive this as the number associated to the account is for a tablet which we lost a while ago. I've updated the mobile number on the account but it's still showing the old number to verify it. Is there anyway this can be changed so I can access my account and receive the verification code. Thank you

If you've added another number you should be able to select it from a drop down menu on the page requesting the code.

Thank you, it doesn't seem to show on the dropdown but when i view my details the new number shows in there. I'll have another look and if can't solve it will ring customer service.
