Can't Activate Direct Debit for new sim card

I am trying to to purchase a sim card, which currently is on my basket and I've tried 2 different accounts and cards to cllose the purchase and seems like O2 is simply not approving any of cards.
I've checked with both banks and both mentioned that it is O2 not accepting the cards in the first place. Could you kindly check and advise?

Are these UK issued cards?? And who are the issuers??
