Can send texts but can’t receive them

I’ve just recently bought a new phone and have moved from id mobile to o2, I’ve kept the same number so have switched it from Id mobile to o2 however I am able to send texts but I am not receiving any. Can you help?

Also, if you have only just ported your number, it can take up to 24 hours for everything to become fully working.
