My phone got smashed and still paying for handset. Also in monthly contract. Not in a position to get a new phone unless o2 can make a deal somehow?

Do need a phone but don't want to take out another contract with someone else and have two bills for the one phone. Help needed.

The only way you can get a new phone is by paying off your device plan

Then you can upgrade or move networks

Have a look at third party retailers such as CEX etc

@Jfb666 If you have contents insurance on your house or flat, check that to see if you may be covered for damage to your phone. Your bank may possibly have provided insurance too. If not, you're going to have to pay off your current phone before you can get a new one.
