Can not view my bill

I am unable to log in to view my bill, it comes up as account disconnected, I recently upgraded my phone and changed my address

You are logging in to your old account. You need the new login details from the emails relating to the new account.

@Anonymous You may need to contact customer service. The system usually updates within 24 hours. Did you have a new log in when you upgraded
