All, I am on a weekly base in Hanover Germany, but since weeks I am not able to receive calls once I am bookied into O2 Germany network. I can make calls, but receiving is almost impossible. Without the SMS O" UK notifier I would not even realize that I have missed a call.

Please help if this is constant issues since the roaming charges have been removed, because since than I have trouble with the calls.

I have full 4 bars of O2 - DE on my phone

Have you tried on other German networks?
Do a manual network search and try a different one.
If no good, call customer service to check for any roaming bars on your account
