Can not find my address on O2

Good morning. 

I have tried many times to get a Monthly Pay Phone but always I can not find my address. 

It only appear some flats in the list.

As my flat is new I thought that it was happening because the Council Tax was not with Band on, but I already received the letter from Council Tax and all my information.

Can someone help?

Now you have your address on the council tax form you would be better off going in store to take out a new contract. You will need further ID such as a passport or driving licence.

But I am afraid that the same thing that is showing on website, will show at the store as well. 

It is very strange because in my building there are many flats, but on the O2 list, is appearing only 5 or 6 flats.
