Can i still upgrade my tariff?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been topping up since August 2011 each month (300 texts one) and in september 2012 i decided to try giffgaff but after a month i found out how bad it was..... so I put my 02 sim card back in and been topping it up since, however my numbers stayed from when I changed to giffgaff and says I've only topped up twice. Can i still up upgrade my tariff? (iPhone 4)

You would have needed different settings in the phone for imessenger, I guess. You can upgrade, but any deductions from the rewards points won't be available, unless customer services can somehow reclaim them for you....?

Any "points" you had would have gone when you ported out to GG (I think that's what you mean?). Why was GG so bad? It runs on the O2 network so signal should have been identical....
