I joined o2 two months ago, however ever since i have been back at work my internet is very slow, but i depend on it for the majority of my work. I was wondering if i could 'upgrade' (as it says im eligible) to a 1 month contract and then cancel it there to avoid a high cancellation fee.

Yes you can do that if you are on a sim only account.

If you have a device attached to your contract, you'll need to pay off the device first.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
