Hi Guys, I recently reset my Nokia Lumia 520 to change the main email adress so that i could sort out My Family settings ( Pointless Feature ) So that i could Download apps. After reseting my phone my internet will not work i have 1GB a month on contract but the internet will not at all work i was just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this.

Is the 3G icon present in the phones status bar ?

Switch to 2g to see if this improves the service at all.

You could check your service status just to make sure your masts are working ok.

Clean the sim and check your settings to ensure mobile data and 3G is turned on.

Also check your Apn settings.

Text ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings sent to you. Reboot your phone.
