Hi everyone. I'm a relatively new cutomer to O2 having joined back in September to get an iPhone 5, but I'm in a bit of a tricky situation.
I'm really happy with my contract and I've had no problems with the O2 network itself, but my iPhone is starting to play up. Each time I connect it to iTunes, I'm noticing that the 'Other' section is growing in size. This is putting me in a situation where I'm having to reset my phone almost every month, because that then fixes the problem. If I were to leave it I would eventually run out of space even though I don't install new apps regularly.
I know that the phone technically does work but having to reset it every month isn't normal behaviour for a phone at all. I can't afford to pay up my current contract completely but I would be more than happy to pay for the upfront cost of an Xperia Z (£80 on my tariff) or HTC One (£130 on my tariff) in return for being able to put my current SIM into one of those phones via an adaptor. I know that sounds a bit cheeky but I wouldn't be asking if my iPhone 5 worked properly!
Many thanks.

Those prices are for starting a new contact and wouldn't apply to you.
You either need an Apple shop to help or buy another phone for the fulll price.

Hi Holte139 and welcome to the forums.
Take a look at these pages which describe what "other" is, what makes it grow and what to do to reduce it.

Hope this helps.
Thank you for those links. Unfortunately I've already seen that last one before and the only thing that worked for me was resetting the phone completely! Thank you to everyone else for their comments too but I must admit that the inflexibility of contracts is very frustrating if something goes wrong with your phone! Still, I've learnt my lesson, O2 Refresh it is next year!
