Can I refund A New Order?

Hello,

I was eligible for a new phone this December and put an order in for a phone that arrived today. Upon receiving it and using it very briefly (1 hour) I've realised it's not a phone I'd like to keep for the next 3 years. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the phone attached to a new contract? Is there a 30 day grace period? I've tried to look online but can't find any information. Thanks!
