My contract is about to end in 4 weeks. How can I completely cancel rolling over my existing contract and have my phone number using one of Big Bundle Pay as you go?

Once you have received and paid the final bill of your contract (the minimum term), call o2 customer services who can switch you over.
I believe they will need to send you a new sim, but they will confirm when you speak to them.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
