I am currently in Greece and am stuck here because of lockdowns. I need to make and receive local calls to and from London for my job and want to make sure I can do this for free of charge. I have been in Greece fr over 3 months now, so not sure if that affects my contract. If I am not able to make free calls, is there a bolt on that I can use?

As you have been there for over 63 days, O2 may well have restricted your services asthey have a fair usage policy. https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/o2-consumer-fair-usage-policy
You may be better off transferring your contacts to a local sim, using that for a week (you will be charged for calls to the UK for that)
OR
Contact O2 and explain how you are stuck in Greece. They may be able to help Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

If your phone is still working it is free to call the UK from your allowances.

@HannahWest You should receive a text when you've gone past your alloted time abroad. The first text would probably be a warning that your service may be suspended. If you haven't received one, then either the system hasn't caught up with you yet, or O2 are giving people abroad more time because of the current situation. If I were you, I'd leave well enough alone and carry on using your phone until they tell you that you can't.
If your service does get suspended, you can use WhatsApp over WiFi to anyone in the UK that also uses it, or use Skype to make inexpensive calls back to the UK.
