Can I leave O2 with recent price hike

Hello,I think that O2 have broken the contract with rised up prices.If Iam unhappy, can I leave O2,because O2 raised the price?I would like to move to giffgaff £10. 500min.5000text 1GB.

If you refer to your terms and conditions you will note that o2 are able to increase prices up to once per year up to the retail price index.

Therefore you won't be able to leave as a result of the price increase

No you can't if you are in a contract

If however you are on a refresh contact you are able to pay off the phone contract (I.e. Not the airtime element) and then you are free to change.

It's a 2.7% price rise and no, you can't leave unless you buy out.....
