See if you can upgrade to an unlimited data SIM only tariff in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Goldie

There is only one tariff on O2 which gives you unlimited data. It would be a sim only contract

There is an option to get an unlimited data sim, does this mean I'll have to pay for the sim per month and my monthly tariff on pay monthly contract?

Look in My O2 and see if you can upgrade to sim only. That would effectively end your current contact, though you may have charges to pay on your old contract.

As I said. You need to look at your upgrade options. Depending on your current tariff and length of time you've had it, it may or may not be available to you.
