Yes you can change your DD details online, on my O2, but not the DD date.For that you need to call customer services .:) Hope this helps

You need to make changes when there's at least 6 working days before the direct debit is due to take or after its been taken.

I requested the Direct Debit date be chaanged to the 16th of the month last month but this has not happened

It depends how close to the original date you change. Yanked at least 6 workig days. Maybe better to call 202
