Hello all,
Many apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere but I have had a quick gander and can't find anything.
Anyways, I completed an internet order for a new Pay Monthly phone earlier today and now I don't think it's for me. Can I cancel it without penalty?

You have a 7 day colloing off period anyway. Contact O2 tomorrow and you maybe able to cancel the order before it is sent out. If not cancel your contract and send the phone back when you recieve it.

It's too late to cancel the order.
The courier should be out early next week (Monday or Tuesday most likely) so just refuse the delivery and it should get sent straight back to O2.
Call them a day or 2 later just to confirm they have receipt of the handset.
