I need to buy a new SIM for a work phone. When I try to purchase a SIM only contract it asks me if I want a new number. I'm unsure if me requesting this new number will superseed my current contract which I use for personal use. I can't seem to find an answer anywhere to this and I can't get through to customer services to check. Any help appreciated.

@LeA1982

You need to create a new account to order a new sim otherwise it will override your current contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I had this same question, so to clarify, when I'm processing the SIM in the basket do I need to click on the option to say I'm a new customer rather than an existing customer?

Thanks
