Long story so brace yourself.
I placed an order for a "Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G" on the 16th. I didnt receive it within 24 hours. Had various back and forths with the live chat and people over the phone to determine when it was going to come. The live chat ended with this: "
Advaith: You're welcome, Harvey. I can sense your concern. I have seen notes regarding how urgent this order needs to be delivered.
Advaith: I hope that the device reaches you at the earliest."
a few hours later i recieved a poorly written, in a gramatical sense, email saying my order had been cancelled. At no point ever did i mention the order should be cancelled so i thought, oh that's weird and hopped on the phone.
They told me that the person i spoke to on live chat had cancelled the order and there was no way of undoing it.
Is there a way that i can get the order reinstated?

You need to contact O2. Don't use live chat.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
