Can I Collect In-store Earlier?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I am wondering if you can help me. I just purchased an upgrade today and chose the collect in store method thinking i might be able to go and collect now. The problem is, Asper the email i recieved, I can’t collect until Thursday it seems.

Do you know if I can collect this sooner? My phone is broken, I use it for work purposes and I can’t afford not to have a phone until Thursday.

If I can’t, collect soonerdoes anyone know how easy it would be to cancel my order and just go to the shop now?

It’s an emergency. I can’t not be in communication from work.

It certainly sounds like a standard contract. If you had refresh through CPW you would still only have to pay off the handset at the O2 store.

yeah it says im on o2 refresh on my o2 ... acording to my 02 i only need to pay the phone of to refresh to a new tarif.

But when i went in store (o2 store)

they said because i o2 refreshed with carphone warehouse and my contract is only a few months old i would have to pay off the phone and contract in full to not be with o2 any more ( which is what i wanted)

I belive what u guys are saying i just dont get it ....  even my contract e-mailed to me from cpw says o2 refresh :S

i going to suffer with o2 for a bit longer till more of the phone & contract is payed of first and see what happens after that

You can only get O2 Refresh directly from O2. Online or in our shops."

http://www.o2.co.uk/refresh

As you said....and confirmed by others.  ChildofKorn could not have had a Refresh Contract from CPW....they don't do them at all...

How much does it say in my O2 you need to pay to refresh to a new tariff ?
The answer will confirm what tariff cpw put you on.

Well, someone screwed up somewhere then because that looks like a refresh value to me but cpw had no way at all of implementing it.

Early termination fee £1000 shows this is a standard contract.

I think that the op is confused. CPW have just upgraded to a normal contract not refresh

In the early termination narrative there is a figure for "speed to refresh" and that is where I think the op is thinking they are on a refresh tariff when they are not.
