Solved: Calm Premium

This extra does not work. I have tried all the previous advice given in other posts on this matter. Gone through o2 extras to unlock calm and doesn’t work.

App still asks me to subscribe and pay to unlock calm premium.

Frustrating as already almost one month of a freebie has gone and it’s rare I get to benefit from freebies from o2. Wish I’d picked Disney+
